You will be in a nice and comfortable holiday apartment, situated in a private home in a residential area, accessed by a small footpath with 4/5 steps up to the front door. The apartment spreads over 2 floors, serviced by a staircase, and comprises:

Ground floor : small entrance separated from the staircase leading into this flat unit sleeping 2, fully equipped kitchen with small balcony to hang out washing, comfortable living room , double bedroom with two single beds (ideal for seniors), bathroom with bathtub that includes a hand shower , washbasin and washing machine, separate toilet.

Upstairs > Second Unit sleeping 6 – with small entrance off the outer staircase, 3 double bedrooms (all of which are with two single beds resp. 2 separate mattresses) two of the rooms with french windows leading onto the balcony, one family bathroom to be shared and a separate toilet.

Note: 2 Extra persons sleeping on mattresses can be accepted against extra charge

The accommodation is comfortably furnished and responds to a good idea of a family holiday home. Rooms are correctly sized and correspond to local standards.
There is a shoe wardrobe on the staircase, ski boots can be deposited in an extra room together with in the ski anoraks etc. Ski’s will be stored in one of the cellar rooms.

Parking on the street in front of the house for 3 cars. Free Wlan and Internet. No TV. Beds made up upon arrival, bath towels and kitchen towels as well as electricity and heating included in the price. Local tax to be paid onsite, Refundable Safety deposit obligatory, End cleaning Charges obligatory

The owner usually lives on the 3rd floor or in the basement apartment and as such may have to share the staircase. Agreement can be made to leave the house empty for more privacy, shutting off private parts of the house – should this be the wish of the booking party. He could then be reached anytime by phone or mail for any queries. Please note that this advantage is free of charge . Please note that in this case snow shovelling for the parking space and footpath leading to the house will be the affair of the guests during their stay.
